1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging
- Items that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for return
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned after the 30-day window
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not need to ship the damaged item back in most cases.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary

6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing [email protected] with your order number. After 1 hour, orders may have already entered the fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may return the item once it arrives per the guidelines above.
